USA, Arkansas: Southwest Power Company has begun shipping 454 tons of power transformers to the substation in the southeastern part of Siloam Springs in Washington, DC, northwest of Arkansas.
The transport being used in the process is 91-metre long and has 30 axles, according to the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department. Fully loaded, the transport is nearly five metres high and six metres wide, reports NWA.
One truck will be in front pulling the load, and two will be behind pushing.
The transport will not exceed 24 kilometers per hour.
Officials will only move the transformer between 9 am and 3 am. The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said it may take two days.
