HF928 High speed sectional warping machine is designed for flexible production arrangement and high quality weaving requirement. It’s preparatory to weaving lines of worsted wool textile, natural silk fabric filament fabric, special screen cloth, yarn dyed fabric, towel fabric and industrial special fabric, can be completed with rapier, gripper, water-jet, air-jet and shuttleless looms with years’ of textile experiences and the latest mechanical and electric technologies, H-FANG can meet different requirement of warp yarn quality.
Main Characterstics
·High precision and liner guide rail and ball screw enjoys low friction,smooth action and high feeding precision.
·The axial direction displacement of warping table is controlled by a separate high precision servo motor,start point locating and section alignment can be set easliy by pressing one key.
·Fixed tapered warping drum made of high quality sheet steel,high precision dynamic balance adjusted carefully.
·With the increaing thickness of the yarn, warping table moves backwards in axial direction of warp drum automatically to ensure the constant space between spacing reed and yarn surfaceand avoid sections from diffusing.
·Warping head horizontal movement controlled by a separate servo motor.Enjoys fast response speed of guide bar displacement and high precision.
·Press roller can help to provide tight and event winding density and to get the best winding result.
·The feeding of section warping is set by twice automatic high precision checking and measurement,to get perfect winding shape.
·Spacing reed on the warping table inches in vertical direction to avoid friction on a fixed point.
·This machine is controlled by programmable controller,each unit is connected with the PLC with a cable CANOPEN.
·Machine can be connected with H-FANG’s workstation via.CDMA network in the swithboard.Maintenance person check equipment running condition via this network, thus any maintenance can be done quickly at low cost.(For option)
·Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM)availabel for option to count daily output,monthly output and working efficiency etc.information diaplayed can be printed in the office directly.It’s convenient for workshop management with network inside mill.
