Heating module design is easy for maintenance and cleaning. Front and rear
re-flow design could insulate the heating effect between heating zones in order
to achieve the accuracy temperature and longer life-time of hot-air-flow motors.
Also by the frequent control of motors, the speed of air flow could be adjusted.
Width could be adjusted by auto/manual. With manual unload PCB for emergency ,
it could prevent the PCB burned inside when power off.
Special adjustable width and transmission design can ensure stable and reliable
PCB transmission by anti-jammed chain.
High stability control system, powerful function
Build-in temperature profile tuning, it could simulate the thermal parameter for
saving setup time.
Cooling system: Patented structure design, Optional and exchangeable air cooling
and water cooling are easy for maintain. The temperature of the cooling zone is
displayed and adjustable.
