1.YTD32 Series four column hydraulic pressis one of the new generations of plate process. The four-column three-beam and four-pole structure are designed for large operating spaces.
The four-column hydraulic pressis suitable for automatic operations forming, punching, bending, straightening and multi-press assemblies to form automatic production line.
2.It has fully enclosed drive, which is easy accessible to maintenance, eliminating exposed over hanging parts, slide and bolster tables with T-slots.
3. Using a variable flow piston pump offers high pressure resistance, high velocity, durability as well as low noise.
4. Hydraulic pipe system of the four-column hydraulic press uses integrated circuits – manifold block fits inside the press to reduce piping and oil leaks, easy to maintain, simple and safe. Hydraulic system is from Bosch, Germany.
5.The hydraulic press machinehas a protective fence and a safety interlock to ensure that the operation runs safely. It also has a movable single-hand pedal switch, thus it is easy to operate.
