Application
Specially designed for filtering diesel, according to the characteristics of light diesel oil, using Jingyuan high-performance membrane filtration technology to filter impurities ,gelatins, algae, varnish and rust contained in diesel oil, especially the diesel oil contains emulsification water, to improve the quality and cleanliness of diesel fuel.

Why do we filter diesel
Quality and cleanliness of diesel fuel are key factors to guarantee the performance and service life of the engine. The research of the diesel engine manufacturers reported that 90% of the failure problem of diesel engine is due to dirt and moisture in the diesel. Before leaving refinery, diesel is usually clean and up to standard, but after multiple storage and transportation, certain pollution will exist. AS a result, the purity of the product will decline. So filtering out the pollutants and water is necessary to restore the purity of the product. Clean diesel makes the rate of engine failure decrease significantly, at the same time, efficiency will be improved, maintenance costs will be cut down, fuel consumption reduces 5-10%, oil-saving effect is obvious, the service life of diesel engines extend 2 ~ 3 times.
Principle
According to the characteristics of different diesel oils, JY - DFS30 diesel purification filter uses selectivity characteristics of membrane technology to separate impurities and water in diesel fuel. The selectivity characteristic is to say, the oil molecules will pass and water molecules or impurities will be intercepted, so that the oil and water can be separated. Membrane filter has a rigid structure and a high pressure resistance, its membrane thickness is between 3 to 16 mm, belonging to deep filtration. The pore in membrane is three-dimensional structure, and pore precision can be controlled in 30μm～0.2μm. That is to say, by back washing the blocked pore, filter can be used repeatedly. Because of the characteristics of membrane filter, normal working pressure of equipment is only 0.2-0.3 Map. Low pressure difference, big flow, high productivity is the distinctive features of this machine.

Combination Functional Characteristics
Double filter combination, three-stage filtration, two filters can be run independently or combined operation. According to the quality of diesels, choosing different forms of filtering: if the quality of diesel is good and clear, but a little impurities, can use A filter separately; if the quality of diesel is poor with impurities or water content of emulsified diesel oil rate is high, double filter combined operation (A + B).
