Structural Features
1.Thejoint adopts coupling connection, and connection strength reaches or exceeds tube body.
2.The improved buttress thread has high connection strength and relatively simple processing.
3.The primary seal adopts female/male buckle sphere radial seal structure, and has good sealing effect.
4.It adopts -150 reverse torque shoulder, improving bearing capacity of the joint.
5.The inner wall of tube body is level with that of coupling.
6.Surface treatment

External thread: Without surface treatment
Internal thread: Phosphating or copper plating
Service Performance
1.Connection strength—the thread adopts improved buttress thread type, and can have constant strength as tube body.
2.Sealing property—primary seal of female/male buckle sphere and auxiliary seal of torque shoulder make the joint have multiple sealing structures, and high sealing reliability, and can provide internal pressure resistance corresponding to tube body
3.Make the joint have strong compression resistance, bending resistance, and over-torsion resistance, and maintain surface pressure of shoulder surface under bending and corresponding load.
4.Inner flat design—effectively reduce turbulence of gas or liquid in pipeline, and make energy loss minimum.
5.Easy screwing—screw by position control (triangle) and torque control, facilitate oil field operation.
6.Thread gluing prevention—allow multiple screwing on and off.
7.Easy fastening—the top of oil tube is parallel to pipe axis, ensuring easy and accurate fastening.

Inspection Tool and Accessory Supply
1.Ordinary inspection items for taper, tooth height and screw pitch use API measuring tools.
2.Diameter and length of sealing surface are measured by special tools.
3.Standoff is measured by API gauge, only needing appropriate treatment. The inspection tool has accurate measurement and convenient use, and facilitates oil field inspection and acceptance; the accessories are supplied timely by factory in the most rapid way.
