Feature
This machine adopts gantry frame construction, main movement and every feed movement are non-polar variable speed.
Crossbeam is tilting configuration, X & Y coordinates adopt linear rolling guide & ball screw. Z coordinate adopts rigid guide, the distance from spindle center to vertical column surface is much shorten than vertical machining center’s, this is better for high-rate cutting.
Tool Magazine could choose Ranked or Hat type.
Screw type chip conveyor is standard configuration, auto chip conveyor is optional.
