A. General Introduction:
The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer/blender consist of U-Shape tank, spiral ribbon and drive parts. It's widely-used in area such as food processing , chemical industry . It is suitable to mix small and dry powder or granular, including: milk powder, wheat flour,c orn flour, protein powder, egg powder, chili powder,onion powder , spar powder, chicken powder, gourmet powder, cosmetic powder, washing powder, detegrate powder and other food or chemical powder.The mixture effect is high. The cover of the tank can be opened in order to clean and replace accessories easily.
B. Features:
1.Good effect.
This mixing machine/blender has two ribbon inside. The outer ribborn make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner ribborn moves the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing.
2.High efficient.
TDPM series mixer/blender with double ribbon can make the material mixed with higher speed.
3.No material deposit and without dead angle when mixing.
Under the bottom of the tank, there has a flap dome valve (pneumatic control or manual control) of the center. The valve is arc design that assure no material deposit and without dead angle when mixing. Reliable regula- seal prohibit the leakage between the frequent close and open.
4.Durable & stable.
All the material of this mixing machine /blender is made of Stainless Steel 304. TDPM series mixer is with CE certificate.
