Detailed information：

YEJ series motor is three-phase asynchronous motors equipped with disc-shaped DC electromagnetic brake. Due to the characteristics of rapid braking, high reliability, and simple structure, it is applied in various mechanical equipment and transmission devices with requirements for quick braking and accurate positioning. YEJ series motor adopts power-off brake and the brake is mounted on non-shaft extending end cover. When the motor is energized, AC 220V is rectified into DC 198V and brake is energized to generate electromagnetic force, which attracts the armature and compresses spring to disengage brake disc from the armature, and then the motor starts running. When the power is turned off, electromagnetic force disappears, and the spring pushes the armature to stop brake disc. Due to the friction torque, the motor stops rotating immediately. YEJ series motor derives from Y series motor, so in addition to the total length increased slightly due to the installation of brake, it has the same power level, installation dimensions and rest of shape dimensions with the same-base Y series motor.

YEJ series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor derives from Y series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor. It is fabricated by installing coaxial electromagnetic brake on the back-end of Y series motor, and has the same power level and installation size with Y series motor. Currently, there are two kind s of electromagnetic brake, AC and DC. The YEJ series motor is applied in the environment without flammable, explosive and corrosive gas, and has characteristics of quick braking, running back and forth, accurate positioning, and preventing sliding. As the primary or auxiliary rotation, it is widely used in a variety of mechanical fields, such as Lifts, transport machinery, packaging machinery, printing machinery, food machinery, construction machinery, civil engineering machinery, gear machinery, metallurgical machinery, etc. Some products of the YEJ series motor have passed CCC China Compulsory Certification, and obtained CCC certification..
