TianYuan Optical tracker（3DTrack）

Introduction:
        TianYuan optical probe (3DProbe) is wireless optical measurement instrument, which is developed by TianYuan 3D Technology Co., Ltd. 3D data can be obtained by adopting optical measurement principle, which is different from traditional CMM in which mechanical screw positioning is needed.
        TianYuan 3D optical tracker（3DTracker）consists of industrial camera, probe and measuring software, has a big measuring range and high accuracy, which can be widely applied in field of Automobile, Aerospace, ships, engineering machinery, Locomotive and vehicle, etc, is new generation of portable CMM.
        Based on GREC and automatic registration technology using reference points, TianYuan industrial 3D scanner can recognize the position of optical probe, and calculate and record the coordinate of probe. There is no need for accurate positioning between scanner head and probe or any fixing relative position; The probe has light design (less than 450g), wireless Bluetooth controlling trigger, not limited by electronic device outside or cable. The stability of long time inspection can be assured; moreover, a flexible measurement style can be available.
        The equipment can give a fast and flexible measurement on hole site, border line, feature line of work piece, and CAD 3D data model can be achieved after processing, which can be widely applied in the field of mould design, reverse engineering, quality inspection and control, etc.
