Solid-liquid separation vacuum rotary drum filter Features:
The working principle of GF type pre-coated drum vacuum filter is basically the same as that of general vacuum drum filter. The main difference is the pre-coating of filter aids (such as diatomite and perlite) before filtration. During filtration, the filter aid in the tank body forms the required thickness pre-coating on the outer surface of the rotating strand under vacuum suction, and then injects the slurry to be filtered. Under vacuum suction, the separated filtrate passes through the pre-coating and filter cloth, and is discharged through the suction tube, collecting tube and gas-liquid separator. The solid in the slurry is intercepted by the pre-coating, and is fed automatically by the scraper together with the filter aid. When the residual thickness of the pre-coating is about 10 mm, it is necessary to re-coat and carry out the next working cycle.
