JD-211 styrene butadiene styrene modified bituminous sheet materias use polyester felt and glass fiber felt, glass fiber reinforced polyester felt as tread base, styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer modified asphalt as impregnated and coated materials , are covered with isolated materials on both side.

Type: type I and type II
Base: polyester (PY), the glass fibre tyre (G) and glass fiber reinforced polyester felt (PYG);
The upper cladding: material of the upper cladding of exposed type is the mineral aggregate (M), isolated material of the upper surface of non-exposed type is divided into polyethylene film (PE) and fine sand (S).
The lower cladding: fine sand (S), polyethylene film (PE).

4. Construction method
Base requirements:base must be smooth, clean, dry, moisture content should be less than 9%.
Paving order: order is first from the high to the low,from the near to the far . Pave the same plane start from the lower, paving direction is parallels to ridge when slope is <3%, paving direction is parallels to or vertical to the ridge when slope is 3%- 15% , paving direction is vertical to the ridge when slope is>15% .
Lap Remedy: the width of single waterproof is≥100mm, the width of double waterproof is ≥80mm; the Lap should be uniform, not leak melt,there should be a small amount of excess hot-melt asphalt to be extruded and formed into a strip
Paving method: hot-melt method, do additional treatment in detail node on the base thai is qualified , brush primary treatment agent, and then do elastic line in he direction of the construction, determine the material position.
Spread the coil in the position of a good line , bake lower mask and the base of coil with pray gun, then pave sheets ,pave while compacting , eliminate air, make coil and base binding.Do sealing treament on lap and disposal, when the PE film sheet is qualified, add protective layer.
