Description
This QYB-500 cutting & fold wrapping machine, built accordcated technology according to a logical, linear path, cutting and wrapping. The cam movement with gear transmission is porered by a three phase asynchronous motor activated by an inverter. Automatic lubrication with shower distribution; the oil is kept in a removable tray.
All operations of the machine are controlled by a PLC. Size change and production start-up are very ropid, because the parts to be replaced are always housed in a precise position, with no need for adaption or adjustments. Rcels are fast and easy to change. All parts in contact with the products are made of non-toxie materials suitable for use with foodstuffs.

This QYB-500 cutting & fold wrapping machine adopt micro-computer control technique, track color mark automatically and accurately. Candy packing plate works intermittently, compatible structure, reliable function. Lubricate driving device automatically. Heat sealing temperature controlled separately, suit for different packing material. Change speed by frequency converter with no interruption.
