Main Features:

-Color Mark Tracking: Photoelectricity is used for more accurate tracking.
-Cutting part: Both hot and cold cutting are available and servo motor is used for precise cutting length control.
-90 Degrees transfer part: Gripper device is used for accurate feeding of bags to sewing machine after 90 degrees transfer, which reduce the reject rate of finished bags.
-Inner film bag insert: film feeding is controlled and driven by servo motor for better precision. Cutting, Bottom sealing and Inner bag insert could be done in one step.
- Sewing part: New Long sewing machine (made in Japan) is available as optional part for the best sewing quality and high working efficiency.
-Easy operation: One-button adjustment for all processes of unwinding, cutting, transfer and sewing among different sizes of bags.
