This Milk chilling tank consist of milk dumping tank, centrifugal pump, triple wall insulating jacket tank, refrigerating unit, pipe line, electrical control system.
Receiving milk by milk leglen and by machine milking, cooling raw milk, pump cold milk to milk transfer truck, CIP cleaning are the function of this system.
It can cool the half tank raw milk from 35℃ to 4℃ within half hour.
All the parts contact with product are made of stainless steel 304.
Refrigerant is R404a environmental protection refrigerant.The refrigerating compressor is world famous brand from Europe with very good cooling capacity and can running in high temperature environment.
Tank body is made of stainless steel with good appearance and polished of welding line.
With agitator at about 36rpm.
With insulating material to keep the temperature in cold storage.
