1. Description
Type JYSZ hydraulic mechanical drilling
jar is a new kind of drilling jar which is
integrated the principles both of hydraulic
and mechanical in one body. When used,
it goes downhole with BHA. For some
reason blocked or stuck occurs in
downhole in the process of drilling, the
operator can lift or lower the drilling string
on the drilling platform to make the drilling
jar provide a huge impact and strike
upward or downward to free the jar so
that the drillng operation could be
resumed quickly. Avoiding the blocked or
stuck evolves into an accident, resulting
in greater economic losses.
Type JYSZ hydraulic mechanical
drilling jar is suitable to work in relatively
harsh environment, and its mechanical
lock unit is not affected by the torque.
The jar has the advantages of simple
operation, big shock force, convenient
adjustment, high connection strength,
stable performance, safety and reliability,
convenient maintenance and so on many
merits. Operated properly, it can avoid
unexpected strike effectively, no need any
safety clamps or other special actions on
the drilling or tripping. The operator can
adjust the release force of jarring up or
down on the drilling platform
dynamically.Fully sealed oil bath
lubrication is helpful to reduce wear and
tear, thus improve the service life. In
addition, the jar should be connected in
the equilibrium point of the BHA to keep
the jar in tension or in compression to
make it meet the needs of various
working conditions such as the land and
the sea (including the underbalanced
drilling), when used in downhole. It is an
ideal tool for controlled for directional well
and horizontal well. Our company

2. Main Structure
The drilling jar is a hydraulic-mechanical
type, the upward jarring unit consists of a
hydraulic barrel, a metering valve and is
located in the lower part of the drilling jar.
The downward jarring unit consists of the
grapple, spring and is located in the
upper part of the drilling jar (as shown in
figure 2).
