UPVC window making machine is used to produce UPVC profiles for PVC window and door. the profile will be reinforced by steel, so it also called plastic steel profiles. together with various mould, the extrusion line can produce various kind UPVC profiles for 80 sliding window and 60 casement window.
UPVC window making machine is made up of conical twin screw extruder, PVC profile mould, vacuum calibration& cooling table, haul off machine, cutter, stacker. After equipped with correspondent co-extruder, the rubber seal or the surface color can be co-extruded online. From the material feeding until the stacking, it is fully automatic.
