Cylinder heads grinding and milling machine 3M9735B
3M9735B is Surface Grinding and Milling Machine for small and medium , large-size cylinder heads and blocks . This machine is accurate and wide use . It makes possible to solve mostly grinding jobs , and it is optimal and economic choice . 3M9735B is characterized by automatic reciprocating movement of table which is electric motor ; the grinding head is operated by one of the main motor which directly controls the grinding wheel spindle and by one additional motor for up down movement of grinding head . It has two different grinding procedures : with grinding wheel ; insert milling cutter.
Main features:
1. Machine uses vertical axis structure with high grinding efficiency.
2. The working table movement uses reducer motor to drag the ball screws.With frequency control so the adjustment is stable and conveniente.
3. It could realize multi-angle cylinder body grinding by special fixtures.
