Cooper plate cooler installed in the bosh, belly and shaft of blast furnace is an important element of metallurgic blast furnace. Based on the high thermal conductivity of cooper, its cooling water takes off the heat trans-ferred from inside the blast furnace to protect the refractory material against iron-slag erosion. So it prolongs the life of the blast furnace and achieves the aim of high yield, low yield, low loss, and saving cost.
