Features
The curve grain is used on the radiator fin to effectively extend contact and thermal exchange between
water circulation and cooling wind in the cooling tower, making the air flow in the tower more reasonable
and reducing the air resistance to the minimal level. Coaxial blower adopts the spreading-shape
large vanes made in Hong Kong.

The blower, running more stably, reduces the noise, and improves the cooling efficiency greatly.

The housing of cooling tower, made form top-grade high-strength glass fiber reinforced plastics,
can be resistant to the erosion form natural factors and chemical substances, keeping fresh with the
time going; all the galvanized steel plates are resistant to oxidization and erosion in conformity to the
British standard BSENISO1461:1999, making product become more solid and durable.

QINGFENG brand cooling tower is provided with an observation window and water suction and filtering
net so as to observe the running condition inside and guarantee the cleanness of backwater.

Working principle
Qingfeng brand cooling tower is working through evaporation action by contact of water and air, to disperse
the heat from industrial or refrigeration conditioning.

After getting through the air blower, dry-enthalpy air goes into the wind twitched nets in the cooling tower.
High saturated steam pressure points of high temperature water molecules flow to the flow pressure air,
and high enthalpy hot water sowing from the water system of the tower. Since direct heat transfer and
pressure drop between water and air, the action of evaporation happened to take away the water evaporation
heat, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.

Selection of installation sites
The cooling tower shall be installed on the construction ground which has adequate load carrying capability
and good ventilation. The shortest distance between air inlet of the cooling tower and the horizontal building
shall be no less than 1.5 times of the tower outer diameter, that the fresh air can enter the tower without
resistance. The place which produces hot air and airborne dust shall be avoided effectively, otherwise other
protection methods shall be adopted for installation.

Service
All QINGFENG machines have one year of free maintenance period starting from the date of sale.
The damagedpart can be replaced free of charge if it is not damaged due to manual misoperation,
and is confirmed by the technical identification of the company or agent; otherwise, costs of the part
will be charged.
