CGFR Series 3in1 unit tea juice hot filling machine is mainly used for filling hot tea and juice such as green tea, black tea, wulong tea and hot fruit juice, The machine can also fill mineral water and purified water by change few spare parts, The machine is most applied for heat resistant plastic PET bottle, it can be easily adjusted to fill various shape and volume of bottles,

The machine combines washing unit, filling unit, capping unit in one machine, it can fulfill the washing, filling capping automatically, Bottles are fed into the washing machine in order by conveyor, then the bottles are turned over and washed inside by the nozzles. After dripping in line, bottles will be fed to the filling machine automatically to fill liquid with high speed and fixed quantity. After that, the filled bottles will be capped by the automatic capping machine and then be transported to the labeling and packing process,

The machine adopt micro negative pressure filling, the filling operation is faster and liquid level is precise and accurate,

Air conveyor system is adopted in bottle entry section and belt conveyor system is adopted in bottle exit section, the two conveyor system speed can be adjusted to work in synchronization with transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle steadily and reliably,

It adopt hanging type conveying-bottle structure, The bottle neck is cramped and bottles are suspended during the operation process, this avoid many malfunctions caused by thinner bottle body and different height of bottles, the design also reduce the required number of changeable parts for changing between various bottle, make bottle change more convenient and with high efficiency,

Japanese and Italy technology is employed by using micro negative pressure filling, the filling is faster and liquid level is accurately controlled, and avoid leakage and dropping, the beverage feedback system is well designed so that the gas can be fed back separately, and have no contact with beverage, reduce the second time pollution and oxidation,

The machine can meet all the technical requirements for hot drink filling below 95°C,and the automatic washing interface CIP can be choose to install with the machine to complete clean all filling valves and beverage conducting pipes, the R.O water washing device can also be installed to wash the bottle neck before capping to guarantee no musty neck

Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process, the empty bottle can be turned over 180degree along the conveying rail, the spring clamps have no contact with the area above the bottle neck screw, washing nozzles is with many small holes to wash the whole area inside the bottle, there are two times of internal and external washing to guarantee high efficiency for washing,

The magnetic torque is used for screw capping, the force of cap grabing, and screw capping can be adjusted steplessly, the force of the screw capping can also be fixed to avoid cap damaged and make sure reliable capping

The horizontal rotary pneumatic cap sorting device is used to avoid the damage to the surface of the caps, and when there is a shortage of caps in the cap storage tank, alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically

The whole machine is controlled by PLC program with touch screen as the human-machine interface, The liquid level in the storage tank is automatically controlled, the filling and capping will automatically stop when there is no bottle, when the bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps not available, the machine will stop automatically, the filling temperature can be detected automatically, and adopt alarm system for the over heat of the beverage, the filling will be stopped when the beverage temperature is too low and the beverage will be flow back

Use Mitsubishi frequency changing technology to adjust the operation speed steplessly,the production capacity will be displayed digitally and easy for adjusting,

All parts that have direct contact with water are made in SUS316 stainless steel to reach the requirements of Food sanitation
