Brief introduction of CE certificate continuous Bottle/Can fruit juice pasteurization machine
This spray warm and cooling machine, also named tunnel pasteurizer, which is different from the direct heat method (instantaneous sterilization), tunnel pasteurizer sterilize products and containers together, so that you can eliminate various possible causes of the growth of harmful bacteria within the allowed time.
Liquid and its package are heated to the required sterilization temperature and maintained at that temperature for some time, and then down to ambient temperature.
This machine contains 8 temperature zones, the minimum temperature difference between zones confirms good sterilizing effect, and also reduce bottle broken rate. Hot water is recycled to use in temperature sections in order to save heat energy and reduce water consumption.
Working principle of CE certificate continuous Bottle/Can fruit juice pasteurization machine
This Tunnel Pasteurizer mainly consists of three sections: heating section, constant temperature section and cooling section. Bottle input conveyor transfers full bottles onto mesh belt from bottle input conveyor. All bottles in the machine are arranged in order and pass through three sections one by one, and achieve requirements of processing technology. At last, bottle output conveyors transfer bottles to discharging chain. Following is description about three sections on: used for bottles and cans.
