Description
Sheraho XLH series tube furnace use high purity quartz tube as tubes, working temperature is 800-1200'C,this furnace are designed for uniformity of sintering inorganic compound,,it is especially for making Li-ion's cathode materials, the furnace can be tilted with 40 angel, the tubes can rotate with 360'C.This series equipment is with advanced controlling system, has the characters as: safe,eay-operating, high temperature accuracy, excellent temperature keeping, good uniformity for chamber,can be filled with inert gas also can be pulled with vacuum,etc. This furnaces are widely used in technical university,scientific research institutions,etc.
Main application: laboratories for high temperature atmosphere sintering,atmosphere restoring, CVD experiment, vacuum annealing,especially for making electrode materials of Li-ion.
