XT-609S is machine designed specially for bobbin coils winding with soldering and glue dispensing function. Both Alcohol and hot air enameled wires are applicable.
This machine is optimized mechanically and installed with an operation interface of touch screen, easy for operation and training. All metal parts are treated with special technique. Imported servo motor, bearing, ball screw, and linear guide rail. 24 hour stable production, compatible with automatic production line and unmanned workshop.
Winding by one fly fork axle and rotating through 6 fixture spindles, it is the most efficient winding machine in the industry, and the productivity is 800-1000 PCS/H.
