Beer filling and capping 2 in 1 DGF12/5
This machine is introduced from German and after absorption and combined with our beer own characteristics with filling and capping two functions in one machine set. It adopts open gear wheel to transport the glass bottles. It has advantages that with bottles or no bottles, with caps or no caps automatically controlled.
1. This filling valve adopts the high precision balanced machinery filling valve. It is the short pipe built-in machinery filling valve. It has two times vacuumize capacity and then can make oxygenation to the lowest when beer is filling.When there is no bottle, it will not vacuumize.
2. It uses CO as the filling tank backpressure. It will vacuumizes two times.When all the technology is normal, there will be less foam after filling and exhaust. To prevent air going into neck of bottle before capping, there is a high pressure stimulating foam set with heater. It is used for exhausting air in the neck and lowers the oxygenation.
3. When filling beer, if there is explosion because of bad bottle, the filling valve will close automatically. There is automatic washing set. When there is damaged bottle, it will wash away the damaged bottle. Also there is high pressure washing filling valve to make sure to wash away the damaged bottle.
4. The sorting cap adopts stainless steel magnetism hopper. All the crown cap sorting, caps go down to capper are all transporting by magnetism. It will not transform and it will go down smoothly.
5. The liquid level is controlled by electrical probe to make sure the stable level.The liquid level is controlled by variable signal ration to adjust.
6. The vacuum system adopts circulation water temperature controlling. It not only makes sure the vacuum degree, it also saves enerty.
7. If you have different size bottles with same size crown cap, then you do not need to change the capping head.
8. It adopts the low level liquid-in certre pipe which can satisfy open pipeline structure. There will be no hydrops, pneumatosis and it is easy to clean.
9. This mchine has high automation. The PLC controls the filling process, automatic damaged bottle testing, washing away the damaged bottles, filling tank muffler open and close, sorting cap, blow caps and lacking caps display.
10. The sending bottle and cap speed will be adjusted by the filling and capping machine production speed automatically.
11. It has advantages that no bottle no valve open, lack of caps machine will stop, open the door machine will stop.
12. The sorting cap part adopted the centrifuge working principle. The caps will not transform and they will go into capping machines smoothly.
