Special design casting valves, no-splashing, no-dripping. The casting valves can be installed outside the casting chamber also can be placed inside. Mounted inside ensures that the casting nozzles are as close as possible to parts, which can improve the casting quality and not influence the movement of the products. The casting valves can be adjusted in horizontal or vertical direction to meet different products casted.
One or more rows with single or multi-cast valves configuration is based on the casting process and your production requirements, usually each row can be installed 8 valves, depending on the product casting process, production capacity, rows can be up to three rows.
Base on your capacity requirements, Insvac provides a single or triple chamber (also called three-section casting chamber, the drying, casting, penetration under vacuum are separated in different section of vacuum chamber) ; triple casting chamber, each section can be set in different vacuum values, three rooms can be linked in the production process so that the casting section of the vacuum chamber is always keep in casting vacuum, in this way evacuation time can be reduced, and drying, casting, penetration under vacuum these three-step process assigned to each section processing, productivity improved.
