 l  It is a product with reasonable design and delicate appearance. The meter racks of the testing equipment and the desk frame are all made of special aluminum alloy and the desk faceplate @ made of fireproof and heatproof fiber material.

l  Special keyboard operation and PC operation are available, and it is easy to operate. The functions of the keys on the special portable keyboard are clearly identified and the LCD on the special keyboard displays the testing equipment working condition.

l  During watthour meter testing, what needs to do manually is to put up the meters to be tested, adjust the photoelectric sampler and setup the meter parameters correctly, then all testing items including warming up, creeping test, starting test and basic error measurement can be  completed automatically by PC. The testing procedure can refer to the national procedure or can be self-defined by the user.

l  The photoelectric sampler can realize three-dimensional adjustment. It can not only sample the turn-plate signal of the rotary watthour meter but also receive the strobe signal of the electronic watthour meter.

l  The error processing system can receive signal from the photoelectric sampler and output pulse of the insert type electronic watthour meter.

l  Watthour meters of same type (same phase, rated voltage and rated current) but different constant can be tested Simultaneously (only limited to three different constants).

l  Testing of the communication function of the 485 port,demand error and clocking error of the multifunction watthour meter is available (The meters being tested must have time signal output).

l  Locating of marking area of the rotary watthour meter turn-platecan be realized automatically, which enables easier creeping (starting) test.

l  The testing equipment is of high stability and reliability, which can provide strong output power. Voltage (current) loop can take load of any type.

l  The testing equipment is provided with complete malfunction checking,locating, protecting and alarming functions to avoid damaging of the bench resulted from wrong manual wiring or operating.

l  PC software developed with Delphi for Windows 95 provides fast and effective equipment control and data checking.It also provides complete functions, such as report printing, quantity counting and assets maintaining.
