JY-G200 coalescence separation purification filter adopts technology that combines precision filtration and high efficient dehydration. This technology can effectively remove impurities, emulsified water and free water from oil. It has specially good effect to remove emulsion water from oil and the separating effect is particularly significant for the oil contained a large amount of water, the separation speed is several times to dozens times than the traditional filtering speed . There are three flow rate options: 32L/min, 40L/min, and 63L/min, the equipment is labeled with: JY-G200.32/JY-G200.40/JY-G200.63

It is applicable to separate free water and emulsified water from oil. In dehydration aspect, it adopts dehydration technology “coalescence separation” and coalescence separation filter targeted at oil special ratio on the basis of different medium surface tension, and Dehydration is efficient and great. The function can remove the emulsified water, which have advantages that vacuum method and centrifugal method cannot compare to. After filtration and dehydration, the water content in oil is less than 100ppm
JY-G200 Coalescence separation purification filter combines polymer membrane filter and coalescence & separation filter.
Filtration: The oil run into polymer membrane filter first in system, removed impurities and free water.
Coalescence: The oil run into the coalescing filter, under unique polar molecular structure of coalescence filter material, free water and emulsified water element is coalesce into larger droplets sink to the water storage tank under the action of gravity.
Separation: The oil runs from coalescing filter core into separation filter core that made from special water repellent material. When oil goes through the separation filter element, water is blocked on the outside, the oil passes through the filter element and flow out from liquid outlet.
Drainage: The separated water stored in storage tank, and will drain from the tank when it reaches a certain amount.
