Lehui’s central heating pasteurizing sterilizer is a kind of new sterilizer which has such advantages as precision pasteurizing unit control, high efficiency, low energy consumption, minimum maintenance and cleaning, shorter installation time, etc.
LHPBSJ series energy-saving sterilizer is independently designed central heating energy-saving pasteurizing sterilizer based on conventional double-layer tunnel sterilizer and aimed at energy saving and water saving, which deploys pasteurizing sterilization process to biologically sterilize bottled beer.
The bottled beer with qualified filling enters sterilizer and then is subject to twelve temperature zone treatment, which will kill yeast in the bottle within certain spraying temperature and time, and the outlet temperature ≤30℃, which ensures the stability microorganisms of beer and beverage and prolong the shelf life of product as well as ensure the product quality.
The fully auto PU value intelligent temperature control system ensures the pure and uniform taste of beer after being sterilized.
