The oil flow indicator is used for showing the quantity of oil flow in the transformer cooling system with forced oil circulation and supervising the operation situation of oil pump of cooling system with forced oil circulation, such as whether the rotation direction of oil pump is correct, the valve is opened, the conduit is blocked, ect, The indicator can initiate the alarming signal when the quantity of oil flow increase to the action oil quantity or decrease to the return oil flow quantity. The product is improved by technician absorb the suggestion with asked to improved and perfect the Oil Flow Relay which used by Power Station, Substation. Operation Conditions
The temperature of ambient :-30°C- +40°C;
Relative humidity: When the air temperature is +25°C,the relative humidity shall not exceed 90%;
The oil temperature not exceed 90°C;
The installation place around which any violent vibration and jolt are not exist;
The parameter (i.e. the action character) of oil flow quantity of indicate shall be in accordance with that of the transformer cooling system.

Working principle of Indicator oil flow
After the oil pump of transformer cooling system starts, the oil flow will circulate. When the quantity of oil flow increase to the action oil flow     quantity, the movable plate of the Indicator oil flow will be pushed to rotate to the limit position, the Indication part will rotate synchronously, the point will turn to corresponding position ,the normal open contact of micro operation switch will close, normal operation signal will be initiated. When the quantity of oil flow decreases to the return oil flow quantity (or does not reaches to the action oil flow quantity), the movable plate will return to the original position by means of the action of the spring, and the normal open contact of the micro operation switch will open and the normal close contact will close, the fault signal will be initiated.
