 Product Introduction

 Developed with the principle of magnetostriction, the magnetostrictive linear displacement transmitter is capable of measuring super-long stroke absolute position and accurately measuring linear displacement of moving object. This product has obvious advantage compared with electroconductive rubber displacement transmitter, magnetic grid displacement transmitter, resistance-type displacement transmitter, and other product, meanwhile, it possesses high cost performance since one transmitter can be used to measure displacement as well as speed. The magnetostrictive displacement transmitter consists of stainless steel shell (including measuring bar), magnetostrictive wire (waveguide wire), movable magnetic ring (with permanent magnet inside) and electronic component, etc. Main features:  resistance to harsh environment, reliable and with long service time; □ high accuracy and stability □ high resolution; □ absolute position output; □ non-contact measurement, long service time; □ reverse polarity protection; □ lightning protection and anti-RF interference; □ vibration and shock resistance; □ delicate structure, and wide use range; □ easy installation, regular maintenance or calibration is unnecessary.

Technical Performance

 Diagnosis: output alarm output current under the circumstance of instrument failure;

Configuration: display variable configuration to engineering unit, range, damp, alarm bound, rod length and bottom offset;

Monitor dynamic variable: liquid level value, percentage and output current, etc.

Current calibration: calibrate analog output current;

User calibration: filed calibration is available.

Round/limitation calibration: two point calibration to realize fine adjustment for zero point and full scale;

Fixed point fine adjustment: carry out correction for any point, and realize pan function;

Local configuration: display variables on engineering unit, range, damp, alarm round/limitation and bottom offset, and data recovery;

Local calibration: calibrate upper-lower limit, and fixed point fine adjustment;

LCD: with backlight multifunction digital LCD, and capable of displaying all kinds of engineering unit.

Communication: in accordance with HART protocol;

Data backup and recovery: perform backup for manufacturer’s original information after manufacturer’s instrument configuration and calibration. If the instrument cannot work normally due to user’s illegal adjustment at site, locally enter ex-factory information or import it by means of remote instruction, and cover user’s illegal information to reach normal working condition.
