Its characteristics are stated as below:
I. Nice Mixing Performance
(1) The mixer adopts spiral forced mixing type with dual horizontal grinding spindles, featuring strong mixing capability, nice uniformity and saving of power..
(2) The liners and mixing blade of the mixer are made of special antifriction material, adding the well-designed blading arrangement, so the working life of the mixer can reach over 100,000 batches. The unique stub support and sealing type greatly improve the service life of the plant.
(3) It is equipped with cutting-edge mixing system with synchronization driving and double grinding spindles, centralized lubricating system, inlet speed reducer and imported bearings, which makes itself a high quality product for asphalt mixing.
II. High-performance Screening System
Vibratory screening adopts inertial vibration exciter with double spindles using the theory of fuzzy motor synchronizing, plus reasonable angle of vibration and inclination angle of sieve plate, so materials can be well screened; sieves are designed into different specification. Six-layer vertical sieves make a more accurate gradation; unique flap structure meets proportioning of different types without need of replacement of sieve. The provision of plug braking system makes rapid braking and free of resonance
III. Reliable Heating Drum
It adopts four imported motor reducing gears to drive the equipment with roller having received strict heat treatment as the supporting drive, so the driving is smoother. The optimum design of material curtain structure in sections facilitates sufficient burning, heating in uniformity and high thermal efficiency; the roller is packed with heat insulator and corrosion resistant plates, which well reduce loss of heat of heat and look better. The burner adopts low-pressure oil and high pressure blast for fogging treatment, which meet the requirements of different kinds of oils in various working conditions. The noise elimination design of front smoke box greatly reduces the noise pollution on site.
IV. High Capacity Hot Aggregate Bin
It adopts double-layer hot aggregate bin with useful capacity of 150t, continuous level indication, complete shut-off heat preservation, automatic control of overflow and waste, optimized bin structure and bin gate space, thus ensuring the accumulative weighing time of aggregate, steady and precise.
V. Self-weighing Finished Material Bin
It adopts three bins and one bucket and bins are separate with each other for storage of different graded products and can carry out unloading at the same time. They are provided with self-weighing system of high precision, bunker with rectangular section, which well prevents from the occurrence of isolation. The hoist's frequency control facilitates slide control of acceleration and deceleration, double-speed energy saving running for rise and fall, which relieve the shock to track, increase service life, and shorten mixing cycle.
