The flake ice machine in our company has three series. The small type, middle type and large type ice machine.
The small flake ice machines are applicable for supermarkets, commercial centers, shopping malls, seafood restaurants, food processing, where use flake ice to cool the temperature of seafood, meat products to ensure the fresh products effect due to its thickness uniformity, smooth, drying so that it’s definitely reduced the possibility of fish surface being scratched, maintaining the air permeability of inner seafood, preventing product from injuring caused by dehydration and hypoxic to guarantee the product original flavor.
The middle flake ice machines with daily ice output range from 3 ton to 8 ton are especially suitable for large commercial malls, fruits and vegetables processing center, meat processing center, slaughtering center. Flake-ice is used in direct contact or more commonly, mixed with cold water to pre-cool food such as meat, fruits or vegetables. Pre-cooling is designed to remove the heat of the fields from the produce after harvesting. It reduces metabolic processed and bacterial action thereby extending the shelf like and freshness of the produce. The mixture of water and flake-ice washes products which looks cleaner and fresher as a result.
The large flake ice systems offer a full range of industrial and commercial flake ice systems which is applicable in harsh environments such as dusty construction ground, pitching and rolling vessels, hot tropical weather, etc. The large product model ranges from with a daily output of 10T to 30 tons in 24 hours and they are used in various fields such as supermarkets, aquatic food processing, Marine Fisheries, food cooling, healthcare centers, man-made skiing resort, mines, large-scale concrete construction, etc. Our products are known for their dimensional accuracy, high efficiency & durability.
