3. Operation can be made by touch screen, it has multi-languages (Chinese, English or others). Man-machine conversation interface is available on the screen. Parameters can be set directly by touch screen, such as welding temperature, time ,pressure, printing parameters and parameters of filling, SIP, CIP. Users can install printer and output each parameter according their needs.
4. It has rapid signal response system. Electromagnetic valve control and detection signals are joint by valve island and connected to controller. This structure is the most efficient signal transmission and most simple field maintenance.
5. Main driving parts of entire production line adopt imported servo motor reducer. It has high precision, accurate positioning and heat sealing without contact and pollution. Each sealing is compact. This line adopts advanced filling method, which is accurate. Each filling quantity can be easily set and altered by man-machine interface.
6. Pneumatic system adopts unified centralized exhaust. It not only reduces pollution and noise, but also has reasonable layout, beautiful outlooks.
7. It has powerful intelligence control. When setting parameters ,(such as printing, bag-making, filling and welding) are beyond setting volume, the machine will alarm.7,
8. It has complete fault searching and feedback functions. Procedure will immediately search fault and show it on the touch screen during operation. Fault will be shown clearly on the screen, which help operators handle faults timely.
9. It has good memory. Welding system and filling system has the function of storing. Users can store past welding parameters and filling parameters according to different films and filling medium. By doing this ,it can directly call the stored parameters without adjusting them.
10.The unique SIP and CIP system saves cleaning time and ensure effective sterilization. Time, pressure and temperature of on-line cleaning and sterilization can be directly adjusted by users on the touch screen. It is easy and simple to operate and can output each parameters according to needs.
11. Parameter setting has function of self-protection. Each parameter can be seen, altered and monitored on the touch screen by simple operation and users can preset maximum and minimum of each parameter to avoid man-made error, such temperature.
12. This production line can produce different specifications for IV solution products, including 100ml,250ml,500ml,1000ml. It’s easy and fast to alter specification sample. If alteration is needed in the production, just change the model and printing material to meet the requirements of massive production.
