Gas-controlling valve:It adopts originally imported SMC gas controlling valve from Japan, which can solve the gas expansion problem for heating resulting from the heating of solenoid valve.
Drift diameter of pipelines:Large drift diameter is the essential conditions of high vacuum, degassing bit and test bit will adopt large drift diameter valve and pipelines, to make the ultimate vacuum of vacuum pump to exert itself to the maximum extent.
Cold trap:Degassing gas channel, it will analyze gas channel independent dual cold-trap device, can eliminate the moisture, oil materials and other impurities in the gas channel thoroughly.

Pressure test:Originally imported capacitor film pressure sensor, segment test: 0-1000torr，0-10torr，0-0.1torr (for your options). The reading precision error is ≤0.15%, which is the highest precision for present pressure sensor; it adopts differential pressure test, which can improve the test accuracy of different pressure segments; micro pore segment differential pressure P/P0 can be up to 1×10-8 with more than 50 pieces of points; large pore segment will be equipped with a real-time test function of P0, which makes the controlling precision when P/PO is tending to critical point to up to 0.998.
Liquid nitrogen cup:It is equipped with 3L large volume, small-bore Dewar, which can guarantee no need to adding liquid nitrogen in at least 90 hours.
