Product introduction

Pressure or differential pressure transmitter is widely used for measuring, but remote pressure/differential pressure transmitter is required in the following circumstance: the measured medium coming out from outlet pipe is easy to be solidified or crystallized; the measured medium containing suspended solid or excessively thick so that the pressure impulse pipe is easily jammed; the measured medium is uneasy to measure directly due to high temperature or corrosiveness, etc.; the measured medium is food or other material that requires good sanitary conditions, and cannot be polluted, its basic measuring element is similar to the technical performance and technical index of 3151 pressure/differential pressure transmitter, once remote device is installed, measuring accuracy will be slightly lowered, and reaction speed will be slowed, pay attention to installation position if capillary pipe is more than 10m and pressure is relatively low so as to ensure measured pressure is within measuring range of basic measuring element.

Technical performance 

    Using object: thick liquid, high temperature gas or steam for direct measuring, chemical corrosive medium and liquid that is easy to crystallize.

Measuring scope: refer to model & specification table

Output signal: 4~20mA DC output, overlay HART protocol digital signal (two-wire system)

Power supply: external power supply 24V DC, power supply range 12V~45V

Load characteristic:

Hazardous area installation: Explosion-proof type dIICT5;

                       Intrinsic safety type iaIICT5;

Shift characteristic: when it is at minimum range (range compression ratio is 40:1), maximum positive zero shift is 39/40 times of upper limit value of range, maximum negative zero shift is lower limit value of range, and absolute pressure transmitter has no negative shift. (Regardless of what kind of output method, after positive and negative shift, the upper & lower limit could not exceed the range limitation) 

Temperature range:

                Electric circuit board work at -40~85 

                Sensing element work at -40~104

                Storage temperature: -40~85

                With digital display: -25~65 (normal operation)

                                 -40~85 (with no damage)

Relative humidity: 0~95%

Overpressure limit: related to flange pressure proof level, no damage within design scope.

Damping: time constant is adjustable within 0.2~32.0s.

Starting time: related to the length of capillary pipe.

Accuracy: ±0.2%, ±0.5%

Stability: ±0.25%/6monthsof maximum measuring range

Temperature influence: zero temperature deviation is ±0.5%/55 of maximum range

Including total temperature deviation of zero and range is ±1.0%/55 of maximum range

     Note: range 3 temperature influence deviation shall be doubled.

     Static pressure influence: (when DP type is outputting at linear) zero deviation: after adding static pressure 140kgf/cm2, zero point deviation of range 4. 5 is ±0.25% of maximum range, zero point deviation of range of 3. 6. 7. 8 is ±0.5% of maximum range. This is system deviation, before installation, calibrate transmitter zero point as per actual static pressure to eliminate this deviation.

   Power source influence: be less than 0.005%/V of output range

   Vibration influence: at any axis, frequency is 200Hz, deviation is ±0.05%/g of maximum range

   Load influence: as long as transmitter input voltage is higher than 12V, no loading influence will occur in load working zone

   Influence of installation position: calibrate to eliminate this deviation and will not bring any influence to range; measuring proper will bring no influence to corresponding flange.

    Application and Model Selection

The measured medium coming out from outlet pipe is easy to be solidified or crystallized;

The measured medium containing suspended solid or excessively thick so that the pressure impulse pipe is easily jammed;

The measured medium is uneasy to measure directly due to high temperature or corrosiveness, etc.;

The measured medium is food or other material that requires good sanitary conditions, and cannot be polluted.

Before selection, users shall clear about the measured medium on temperature, corrosiveness, measuring scope, purpose, explosion proof or not, whether to carry out oil prohibition, easy to crystallize or not, whether to use membrane flange to connect if viscosity requires.
